Do you ever just feel like something is missing? You’re not fulfilled, you’re restless… just not feeling like YOU? Often this is when you’re not living your personal, or core, values.
What makes someone else happy isn’t necessarily going to make you happy! So how can you check in with what makes YOU happy, not them; that is to say, don’t assume that you want to be a copywriter because you see someone else loving that job.
A Word of the Year is quite simply a focus point for you, for your coming year. It is there to support you, or challenge you, in the months ahead. You might also think of it as an Energy of the Year.
Have you got that core strength? I mean that deep, deep knowledge that, whatever you say, whoever hears you (or doesn’t), you’re totally ok.
Self-belief is easily dented if you let it be; here’s my invitation… if you find yourself feeling less-than because you’re not sure what people are talking about, or you’re in one of those conversations where you feel it’s about to go wrong, call a time-out and check in with word-meanings

It can be exhausting to keep up with our own emotions, let alone add in comparing with the ‘progress’ of others as we adjust and making judgements as to ‘how we’re doing’, alongside nurturing your business, adjusting to a new role (or lack of clear role) and possibly home-schooling too.
